Obituary
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Domenico Rutigliano. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by family. He was a Loving husband to Adelina for 52 years of blissful marriage. Amazing father to Michael (Brigitte) Betta (Luca) and Rita. Grandfather to Julia, Sienna Rose and Mattia Bruno. Brother to Giacomo (Pina) and Rosaria (Giuseppe). He will be missed by his in laws Filomena, Teresa (Vincenzo), Nicola (Sue) and all his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Domenico was a man full of life. He found laughter and comfort in all situations and made sure those around him were always in good spirits. He lived life exactly how he wanted; happy and joyful. A day never went by where he never told his family how much he loved them. He always encouraged those around him to reach for the stars and to never lose hope. He was a man of honor and devoted himself fully to his family. He will be completely missed by us and his spirit will forever be alive in our hearts and memories. Domenic would not want anyone to be sad, but instead would want us to celebrate his life with the knowing that he will always be us.
Due to the current pandemic restrictions and under direction from our regulator, the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, effective November 23, 2020 all funerals and visitations will be by invitation only to limit the number of people in attendance and prevent the spread of COVID-19.We encourage those that are unable to attend in person to express their sympathy by posting a message of condolence to our website or in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society - Pancreatic Cancer in memory of Domenic would be appreciated by his family.
