BROADHURST, Ghent P. - It is with a great deal of sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ghent, on Friday, May 18, 2007 at the age of 44. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother Eileen Broadhurst and now joins his late father George Broadhurst at rest. He is survived by his brother David and his wife Lisa, nephews Christopher, Andrew, Matthew and Sean and his niece Kendal. Ghent is also survived by his daughter Tasha and his son Joshua.Ghent's legacy of thoughtfulness, generosity and love will forever be cherished by his family and friends.
Friends may call at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. (near Keele) on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2007 from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service to celebrate Ghent's life will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Keele Street Christian Church (Keele and Annette Sts.) with visiting at the church one hour prior to the service. Cremation will take place with private interment at a later date at Glendale Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by his family.
