Obituary

Jorge Raul Bettencourt was a caring father and husband. He passed away with his youngest son Kennedy by his side after a battle with cancer. His oldest son Eliseu and Kennedy looked after his well-being for the past two months at their home. 
Jorge has now reunited with his wife Serafina for eternal peace. The past 10 years he had lived with his children and his son in law Martin. He leaves behind his grand children in law Stephanie and Maxime as well as his great grandkids in law Téo and Kayden. He will be greatly missed by all.
 
Jorge was involved in the Portuguese community and always enjoyed talking with his friends.
We ask that you join us on Monday, June 22, 2026 for visitation from 3 to 8 pm at Cardinal Funeral Home - 366 Bathurst St., Toronto, to share his memories that you have with the family.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 9:45 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church - 588 Adelaide St W., Toronto 
We love you dad.
