Obituary
Joseph Perun (born in Ukraine, June 13, 1921) died peacefully at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto on April 23, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his dear wife of 69 years, Anna, daughters Orysia (Ehor Didyk), Marusia and Halyna (Martin Chepesiuk), and grandsons Marco and Stefan Hlouschko (Inna Husak), and Paul, Oles and John Chepesiuk. The family wishes to express its sincere gratitude to the staff of the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre for the exceptional care they provided to Joseph in his last three years of life, and to Dr. Lehnert and the St. Joseph’s health team. Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St, on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 5-8 pm, with Panakhyda at 7:30 pm. Divine Liturgy to be held at St. Demetrius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 135 La Rose Ave, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 10 am. Burial to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
