I would like to extend my deepest and sincerest condolences to the family of Luis Gouveia. Judging from the stories my coworkers at Kingsdown have told me about him, I understand he was a very kind individual who really cared about his employees and treated them with respect. He will always be remembered.

Luis was a wonderful man! Many years ago I joined Kingsdown to assist him in its huge growth. He taught me everything with great patience over my 5 years there. My young kids would come in with me on Saturday's and they recalled him this week with such fondness. He made an impact with his kind nature and huge smile. He was so very proud of his family (and his birds) and I felt very honored when he invited me to Mike's wedding. My deepest condolences to Theresa and to Mike and the family. What a huge loss of such a lovely man.

I had the privilege of knowing Luis for many years, and I will always be grateful for that time. Luis was an important part of our lives. He was my sons godfather, but he showed the same love to both my children. Many special occasions were shared with Luis and his family, creating memories we will always cherish. Luis was kind, genuine and full of humour. He was always smiling, that's how I will always remember him. We shared many laughs, celebrations, family dinners and even shared some of lives difficult moments over the years. Godspeed Luis. Thank you for the memories- we will cherish them forever.

Our deepest condolences are sent out to all the family in the loss of such a great man. Luis and I go back to 1979, when we worked together at Restonic, prior to starting our journey with Kingsdown in 1995. He was so devoted and passionate at the factory. His knowledge and strength helped in the growth and success of Kingsdown. He loved the people ! He was also so proud of his family, his wife Teresa, always by his side, his son Michael and especially when he became a grandfather. He was a wonderful man and will be truly missed by so many.
