Randy McCall
Hello, My name is Randy McCall, once married to Mark's girlfriend many years past, Audrey Clydesdale. I met Mark through Audrey, as they remained friends after they parted. Mark and I became friends, shared home construction experience and were of some similar character in ways. Mark helped me with home renovation work at my Toronto home. As Mark suffered his demise, we saw less of each other and it took some time to find his whereabouts and stay in communication. As his condition progressed, I would lose touch with him and his email responses became irregular. I finally lost touch and could not find his whereabouts or any information, his parents moved from the countryside and his family unfound. Just recently, a lost common friend resurfaced and told me of Marks death, as I had somewhat presumed. Just today, another friend had stumbled upon his obituary, that I had somehow missed and passed it on to me. I feel somewhat relieved to finally know and see this as it has always bothered me that I was not able to say goodbye to him in my mind. Mark, despite his somewhat bad ways, had a good heart underneath all of it and we were able to connect on many levels. I miss him and feel sad that his life was ended too early. My deepest condolences to you as I know that his family has had their hearts stretched with Mark life. I extend my best thoughts and love towards your healing hearts. Randy

I have been asked by the friends of Mark who attended Étienne-Brûlé Secondary School (Class of 1978) to express our sincere condolences for his loss. Unfortunately, we have only today, one year since his passing, learnt of this sad news but wished, nonetheless to recognize his presence in our young adult lives. To his family, may your sorrow be lessened with the passing of time. Class of '78.

My very deepest condolences to all of you. I am extremely saddened to hear of Mark's recent passing. He was a very good friend for over 30 years. I will miss his smile most. He had a very kind and gentle heart through all of his ups and downs in life. May he now rest in peace with no more pain. All my love. xxoo
