Obituary
Rao, Pasquale: Peacefully on March 6, 2012 at home in Toronto, in his 97th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Francesca and his daughter Lisa. Pasquale leaves behind his children Annunziato, Joseph, Rose, Carmela and Antonio. He will be missed by many other family members and friends. Family and friends may call at the Cardinal Funeral Home (366 Bathurst Street, Toronto) on Thursday March 8 and Friday March 9 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday March 10 at 10 a.m. in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church (Bathurst and Bloor, Toronto). Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (Hwy.7 & Yonge St., Thornhill). In Lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Pasquale may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or to a charity of your choice.Visitation

Nonno Wally. No one else had a Nonno 'Wally'. A man that had witnessed so much, accomplished so much and had so much to be proud of. A matriarch in the family and the root of our family tree. A significant loss to the family and generation gone but we are very blessed to have shared the classic stories and wonderful memories that you left behind. Your grandchildren and six great grandchildren were fortunate to have spent this time with you. Rest peacefully knowing that these memories will be carried with them and you will be missed dearly.
