It is with deep sadness, we announce the passing of Anna Nisiewicz on Sunday March 7, 2021 at the age of 85. She passed peacefully in her home surrounded by family. Predeceased by her husband Michal and sister Maria. Anna will be lovingly remembered by her son John (Maria), daughter Helen (Myron), grandchildren Lauren (Michael), Matthew, Ann (Julian), Michael, great grandchildren Nathaniel, Scarlett, Noah, Aaliyah and sisters Aniela and Ziuta. She will also be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.


Due to the current situation, a  private visitation and service will be held and are by invitation only. Anna will be laid to rest at Parklawn Cemetery next to her husband Michal.


For those who wish, donations in memory of Anna may be made to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre.


Due to the current pandemic restrictions and under direction from our regulator, the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, effective November 23, 2020 all funerals and visitations will be by invitation only to limit the number of people in attendance and prevent the spread of COVID-19. We encourage those that are unable to attend in person to express their sympathy by posting a message of condolence to our website, donating to a charity of your choice in memory of your loved one or by sending flowers to the funeral home.
