ELEANOR FRANCIS IWANCZUK

(nee Melnychuk)

August 15, 1920 - March 3, 2008



It is with heavy hearts that we (Eleanor & Peter Lee) announce the passing of our dear Aunt Eleanor in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband Gordon Francis (1945) and Michael Iwanczuk (2006), her father Peter Melnychuk, mother Catherine, step-father Anthony Jozaitis, her brother Mickey, and sister June. She was kind, generous, open-hearted and unconditionally loving to us and to our families. She will be dearly missed by Eleanor, Peter, Mark, Cinde, Michael, Christina, Noreen, Gord, Belinda and John. We are especially grateful to the Village of Humber Heights for their ongoing care and kindness. Family and friends may call at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St, (east of Keele) on Friday, March 7th, 2008 from 4-9 p.m. with Panachyda at 8 p.m. Funeral service commencing Saturday, March 8th, 2008 at the funeral home at 9:45 a.m. then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church (Queen & Bellwoods) for the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
