On August 13, 2011 at Toronto just three days short of her 93rd birthday. Predeceased by her husband Sergei (1997). Survived by her daughters Nadia and Millie, son Larry and his wife Ellen, grandchildren Anna- Marie, Sacha, Gregory, Alex, Julie and great-grandson. Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St (east of Keele) August 17, 2011 from 6 - 9 p.m. Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on August 18,2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Cardinal Funeral Home Chapel. Internment St. Volodymyr Cemetery (Oakville). Many thanks to the staff of Copernicus Lodge where Eva enjoyed years of compassionate care. Dear Millie, Larry and the rest of your family,
Our sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother.
It's hard to believe that just a few short weeks ago we met and exchanged stories at the hospital where both our mothers were at the time.
I'll miss seeing her at Copernicus. My mother and I will say prayers for her and have a mass in her memory.
