Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 19th, 2008 at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her cherished husband Gregory (George) Babiak.Beloved mother of Djayne, Irca, Stella, Lesha, Daria and her husband Robert Resnick, Mela and her husband Ron Bihuniak, and Ronnie and his wife Delia Bairos.
Loving ?Baba? of Alexander Bihuniak, Jacob and Nicholas Babiak, Evan Resnick and his wife Barbara, Allison and her husband Charles Smith and ?Great Baba? to Lorelei Resnick.
Also survived by nephews Myron and Billy Babiak and niece Irma Elbe. Predeceased by her mother Catharina Galas and her brother Eugene Galas.
The entire family would like to thank their friends and neighbours for their support throughout the years. A special heartfelt thank-you to Cathy Primeau, Irene Salach and Kerri Hughes.
Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette Street (near Keele), on Sunday, February 24th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Panachida Sunday at 8 p.m. Funeral Service Monday, February 25th at 9:30 a.m. then to the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Holy Protection (Leeds St.) for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Holy Protection."
