Mrs. Borisenko's smile and warm spirit always filled the room with light and love. Her small voice rarely bellowed, but within that precious voice were huge amounts of affection, grace and joy. Her love for her children and grandchildren, and their devoted love towards her, was always palpable. I have faith that her gentle spirit will be gracing the shoulders of Nick, Karola, Ala, Phillip, Stefanie and Ryan for their entire lives.

Dearest Ala, Karola, Phillip and Uncle Nick, Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. No one can prepare themselves for the loss of a mother - especially one like your mutti - she loved the 3 of you so much - you were her whole life. Take a bit of her love which has been imbedded in you, and share it with your children or someone who is very special to you. Your mutti was a wonderful, caring lady. I will miss her also, she always asked about the family, because that's what is important to her and should be to everyone. Take care of yourselves, and please know that you can call on us anytime. Love always, Lily, Richard, Jennifer, Joanne and Carlin

I want to express my sincere sympathies for your loss. The death of a loved one is one of the hardest things we can endure. I have also lost loved ones and it is my wish that you gain the same comfort I have from God's promise that the dead will live again. Jesus tells us at John 5:28,29: "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." We can have confidence in this because he demonstrated his ability to do so while on earth and under the rule of his Kingdom he will resurrect untold numbers of people to life here on earth - but under peaceful conditions where "no resident will say, 'I am sick!'" ever again. (Isaiah 33:24) Imagine our great ecstasy when our dead loved ones come back to life and we are reunited at last! Best wishes, Brittany (http://www.watchtower.org/e/200809/article_01.htm)
