Obituary

God called Maria Da Silva peacefully on January 29th, 2022, at the age of 98. She is reunited with her predeceased husband Jose Da Silva. Cherished by her dear children and their spouses, Manuel (Teresa), Fatima (Joe), Jose (Berta), Teresa (Emilio), Horace (Connie), Amelia (Tony), & Connie (Tony). Proud grandmother to Leanor, Stephanie, Joey, William, Steve, David, Jennifer, Christopher, Peter, Cynthia, Katrina, Tony, Michael, Daniel, Ashley & Kayla. Proud great grandmother to Lucas, Nicholas, Melissa, Lauren, Telina, Claudia, Ryan, Madelene, Sophia, Emilio, Isabella, Constantin, Emma, Liam, Saddie and Isaac (Auston). Maria enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved to smile and was full of life. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.

 

Due to the current pandemic restrictions and direction from our regulator, the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, effective January 5, 2022 all guests attending funerals and visitations must pre schedule their attendance in order to prevent line ups or exceed current capacity limits. We encourage those that are unable to attend in person to express their sympathy by posting a message of condolence to our website, donating to a charity in memory or by sending flowers to the funeral home.
