Obituary

In loving memory of our mother, Maria Do Carmo Pereira, who passed away on April 30, 2025. She was the devoted wife of Antonio Pereira and loving mother of Maria, Adelino, Joe, Gil, and Carlos, and caring grandmother to Mara, Samira, Mateo, Jacob, and Jessica. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Our mother was a kind, caring, and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all, and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

God saw you getting tired, And a cure was not to be; So he put his arms around you, And whispered, “Come to me”. With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away; Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
