Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Miyoko (Merle) Ebata at the Toronto Grace Hospital on Wednesday May 11, 2005. Miyoko, Cherished Wife of James, devoted mother of Janis Duncan and her husband Peter Cook, Jeffrey and his wife Michele Jare, Sandy Nicholas, Craig Ebata and Darryl and his wife Anna Ebata. Beloved grandmother of Samantha, Victoria, Jackson, Jenna, James, Michael, Jason and Jaclyn. Miyoko will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew her. Family and friends will be received at the Cardinal Funeral Home "Earle Elliott" Chapel (715 Dovercourt Road., Ossington Subway/Delaware Exit). On Thursday May 12, 2005 from 7- 9 p.m. and Friday May 13, 2005 from 2 - 6 p.m. A complete funeral service will be held in the Cardinal Funeral Home Chapel following the visitation on Friday. Private Cremation. The ashes of Miyoko will be interred in Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date. "
