Obituary

Peacefully on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 in her 96th year with her children by her side at the Ivan Franko Home in Etobicoke, ON. Predeceased by her husband Roman (1997). Loving mother of Lesia Nykoluk (Bill predeceased), Ron (Donna) and John. Dear grandmother of Michael, Mark and Daniel. Parania will also be remembered by her extended family in Cleveland Ohio, USA and Ukraine. Friends will be received at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St., Toronto on Saturday, February 26 from 3 to 5 pm, followed by the Panakhyda at 5 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 28 at 10 am at the All Saints of Ukraine Chapel at St. Volodymyr Cemetery, 1280 Dundas St., W., Oakville followed by the interment. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of the staff at the Ivan Franko Home for the excellent care they gave our mother.
