I was so shocked and saddened to read about Bridget. I knew Bridget from Vanier residence when I attended York University and always so liked and admired her. She was such a leader.
I extend my deepest condolences to her family (not sure if Mark remembers me, it was a long time ago). Her legacy lives on.

My condolences to all Bridget's family and friends. I only knew Bridget briefly, I used to serve her at the cafe down the street from her house from 2011-12, but I thoroughly enjoyed our chats. She always brought such joy with her. We'd often talk about our kids and she'd share stories of when hers were little with such fondness. It always made me think how lucky her kids are to have her as a mum. My deepest sympathies - she loved big and was loved big in return.

To Mark, Lily, Ruby and all of Bridgets family...your loss is felt by so many. I had the privilege of working very closely with her at York for many years. I know you know how loved and cherished Bridget is.
