Obituary
After a courageous battle with Cancer we’re saddened to announce Negrita Maria’s passing on August 28th, 2009. Beloved daughter of Michael and Carmela Trusyk. Loving sister of Ola (Gus) and Tina (Bob). Adoring aunt of Alanna and Michael. She will also be missed by her lifelong friend, Gunnar Sikk. We take great comfort in knowing that Negrita has now gone on to join her love Gregory Hines. Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette Street (East of Keele) on Monday from 5-9pm with Panachyda at 7pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday at 10am at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Holy Protection (30 Leeds Street). Interment to follow at St. Volodymyr Cemetery in Oakville. The family would also like to extend a special thanks to Ruth, Anna and Gil for their unwavering loyalty and support."
