Well done for bringing ainttteon to the Infant of Prague. Like the Sacred Heart and the little red votive light before it the Infant of Prague was one of the strong devotions in Irish homes. We need to bring them back. Well done for the good work that you do on this site. http://hcbjnl.com zaremjpv [link=http://ijgdbayuawk.com]ijgdbayuawk[/link]

Patricius, thanks for the feacbedk. Its great to hear about the florin, what a lovely idea. Rathin Child I must try the lottery ticket myself, that hadn't occurred to me!There are so many robes made by different people and some dating back centuries I believe. So much effort had clearly gone into them and the few photos really don't do them justice. http://kqhlzg.com wdjihb [link=http://lxcaus.com]lxcaus[/link]

Thank you JAG. It is a fantastic post. I loved Prague. It has a sgrante mix of the baroque and the orient. There was a picture of the Child over the fireplace in my Grandmother's house. She used to look up and smile at him every day. I carry a tiny Child of Prague with me everywhere. I think that it is a very powerful image that could do a lot of good things in Ireland if the priests would take it up. Even when you see it in churches now it's stuck away in a corner. My Gran used to say "put your trust in him and your trust will be rewarded."

I am so sorry to learn of Olia's passing - we were good friends and colleagues in the Carmelites and I always appreciated her strength and spirituality. I had a feeling that her heart and lungs would let her down in the end and I imagine that is what happened. She will be missed a lot. One thing I appreciated was the care she always took about her appearance, she looked so well groomed and smart, which made a difference to the events she attended. Most sincere sympathy to all the family. My husband and I are going to Ireland tomorrow to see my brother who is very weak and ill, so I cannot participate in the viewing or prayers. I will be with you in spirit. God bless you all. I won't forget Olia.

On behalf of the Third Order Lay Carmelites I would like to extend to Olia’s family our deepest sympathy on the sudden death of Olia on Monday. Olia had been a Third Order Lay Carmelite since 1975. She contributed much to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Lay Carmelite Community and touched, in a positive way, the lives of many people. Joe a member of her community, who is presently in Spain but picked up the email announcement wrote: “She was such a valuable member of our community and I learned a lot from her on prayer and spirituality.” We will miss Olia very much; she touched our lives. We will always remember Olia in our prayers as she exchanges her Scapular for the wedding garment of heaven where she will dwell with Our Lady, the saints of Carmel in the Divine Kingdom of God. Once again we extend our deepest sympathy. Blessings Doreen Sazunic, Third Order Carmelite Regional Coordinator
