Victor passed away on September 11, 2022. He leaves behind his loving parents, Jose and Maria, his sister, Marlene (Robert) and his niece, Olivia. Victor was my best friend..
And I was a good friend to him.
I just lived down the street from him .. we were in the phone all the time.
